Casselton's Nathan Nowak is able to avoid the tag by Central Valley-Hillsboro catcher Jake Olsen, but is ruled to have missed the plate on his dive by less than an inch and tagged out before he can get back and touch. The play proved critical, ending the Casselton rally in the top of the sixth, preventing an important insurance run, and holding the Casselton lead to 2-1. The Blue Sox scored one run in the seventh to tie and won the game in the eigth (3-2) eliminating Casselton in game 10 of the ND Legion Class B Section 3 at Thompson, ND. ©2005, Marc L.
